Nearly 60%
of respondents surveyed consider themselves to be "neat freaks" in the
office.
Women are
much more likely than men to describe themselves as "neat freaks" (36
percent vs. 22 percent).
The
youngest respondents (aged 18-24) are the most likely age group to choose
"neat freak" as the phrase that best describes them (44 percent) compared to
all other age groups (28 percent).
Only 15
percent of respondents consider themselves to be "pilers," while 26 percent
of workers describe themselves as "filers."
Only 2
percent of workers chose "slob" as the descriptor that best fit them.

Registered Republicans are three times more likely to color code their T-shirt drawers than registered Democrats. However, Democrats are five times as likely to color code their files at work, compared to Republicans.
Women who color code their
linen closet spend more time with their friends than women who do not color

Families that hang their coats on a coat tree in their home are three times

survey has revealed that for 83% of [Brits], happiness is a clean house.
Brits love their homes to be clean and feel unhappy if they are not.
For 63% of Britons, happiness is a shiny sink.
Cleaning gives 57% of the [British] population a feeling of satisfaction.
Being able to see their face gleaming in the porcelain of the loos is important to 14% of Londoners.
When it comes to stressing about having to clean the house, it’s more of a problem for [British] women (38%) than men (24%).
